        Our story starts in a small trattoria in Treviso, Italy, where Graziano Sbroggio grew up surrounded by fresh, home style dining. There, his passion for cuisine shaped him into a skilled restaurateur. In 1990, he found himself on the sun-drenched shores of South Florida. It didn’t take long for his career to take off.
        After a few short years of being in Miami Beach, Graziano opened Spris on the bustling Lincoln Road. After many years of success on Lincoln Road, Graziano decided that he wanted to share his vision of the perfect pizzeria with the world, expanding to Downtown Miami in 2013, and Midtown Miami in 2014. The rest, as they say, is history.

Below are some of the things we look for in a franchisee:
– Passion for food and a desire to provide the highest quality service.
– Ability to manage the daily operations of their location(s) or otherwise designate an Operating Principal with significant equity in the franchise
– Familiarity with the area and community in which you want to operate a Spris Pizza location
– Liquidity / Available cash of at least $200,000 net worth of $750,000 per candidate or combined between investors

Am I the kind of person you’re looking for?

The ideal Spris franchisee candidate is an experienced restaurant operator with a proven track record of success, who also fits well within the Spris culture. In addition, the candidate must meet our net worth and liquidity (cash or cash equivalent) requirements.

What are the franchise fee and royalties?

The franchise fee is $40,000 per restaurant, and the ongoing Royalty Fee is 5%.

Can I choose to have a multi-unit development agreement?

Yes. We offer the opportunity to open multiple restaurants within a defined area. Please contact us for more details.

What are the financial requirements to become a franchisee?

Being sufficiently capitalized is an important element of ensuring success. Your net worth must total $750,000

Once I become a franchisee, will I be flying solo?

Surely not. In addition to initial training programs, we provide ongoing support through our Operations Manual and direct access to a Franchise Business representative, who is experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations and management. In addition, our online portal provides the most current information and updates important to your operations.

How long will the entire process take?

Based on our experience, we anticipate it will take about six to nine months to develop your first franchised restaurant and get it ready for opening day. However, as you gain experience, the development time should shorten. (We may ask you to complete one restaurant before beginning construction on another.)

What is the length of the term?

The length of the term is 10 years. Franchisees in good standing may have the opportunity to renew for successive terms.
